Doug was fantastic! He contacted me promptly, gave me a very reasonable price, and was here when he said he would be here! He cleaned the entire house (we have a big one!) and even got out spots/stains that previous carpet cleaners were unable tackle! He was very professional and did the job in a very timely manner!
